Click & lock, Oak Hardwood flooring. Beautiful distressed antiqued, satin finish look, brand new in box. This flooring requires no nailing except the starter row. Leave a ¼” gap along walls to allow for expansion when humidity is higher. 10 boxes total, 1 box does 12 sq. ft. This is enough for a small bedroom, or foyer all the way to the kitchen in an average size home. Most planks are 4 ft. long, some are shorter to offset the seams, and 4 & 3/8” wide. It does require a thin foam underlayment that can be purchased at any home improvement store. Easy to care for, and this stuff is tuff, red oak, hard as a rock. With tax, I paid $70 per box. Local pick-up, but if any buyer meets my asking price, I can provide free delivery with my pick-up truck within a 25-mile radius. Any further than that would be a $10 gas fee. Price negotiable, but it is brand new product. I have this much leftover from my flooring project because I decided to carpet 1 room instead of installing the hardwood. It is past the return date even though its brand new flooring.
