These pipe taps have minor surface rust and some are a bit dirty, but they are in good condition, the only exception is the 1" tap has a broken tooth near the far end and another one slightly chipped (see pics). I don't think this will hinder the tap from performing well.

This lot includes a 1 1/2" Winter Bros Carb tap, a 1" Greenfield Tap and 3 - 3/4" Winter Bros Taps.
